Management TeamTim Seager - President & CEOMr. Seager has over 12 years experience in enterprise software marketing, business development and management. Most notably, he was Vice President of Marketing for Clear Access Corporation that was acquired by Sterling Software, later to become a division of Computer Associates (CA). Mr. Seager was also a technology consultant for such companies as, Oracle, Sybase, Arco, Southern California Edison and Amgen. He also co-founded Watermark Venture Partners, a venture capital fund with a focus on enterprise software companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Seager worked in computer database development and marketing for Innovations for Manufacturers, Inc, an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions provider. Mr. Seager holds a bachelors degree in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley. Timothy Potter - CTOMr. Potter provides the vision behind Xerceo's Portal-centric enterprise solutions. Mr. Potter has over 9 years experience developing enterprise software systems for customers such as The Coca Cola Company, Xerox, Incyte Genomics, Deutsche Bank UK, and IBM. Prior to co-founding Xerceo, Mr. Potter developed knowledgeWorks LMS, the first SCORM 2004 certified LMS. Mr. Potter is a recognized expert in the field of distributed learning and actively contributes to the SCORM technical working group. Mr. Potter was a member of the JBI expert group (JSR-208) and was a senior software engineer for the WebLogic Application Integration Server at BEA Systems. Timothy is an active contributor to open source including the eSCORTE for JavaScript and the connectorWorks frameworks. Earlier in his career, Mr. Potter designed and developed integration solutions for SAP R/3 utilizing Java, MQ Series, and XML. Mr. Potter holds a BS in Mathematics and BA in Economics with honors from the University of Colorado at Denver. |
