Mr. Seager has over 12 years experience in enterprise software marketing, business developmentand management. Most notably, he was Vice President of Marketing for Clear Access Corporationthat was acquired by Sterling Software, later to become a division of Computer Associates (CA).Seager was also a technology consultant for such companies as, Oracle, Sybase, Arco, SouthernCalifornia Edison and Amgen. He also co-founded Watermark Venture Partners, a venture capitalfund with a focus on enterprise software companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Seager worked incomputer database development and marketing for Innovations for Manufacturers, Inc, an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions provider. Mr. Seager holds a bachelors degree inPhysics from the University of California at Berkeley.
Timothy J. Potter - Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Potter has over has over 7 years experience in developing and deploying large distributedsoftware systems. As a Senior Software Engineer and Managing Engineer for BEA Systems, Mr.Potter was an architect for WebLogic Integration/J2EE Connector Adapter Development Kit (ADK)2.1 and was co-architect for WebLogic Integration 2.1. He was also the technical lead fordeveloping the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) features for WebLogic Integration 2.0 and isnow a member of JSR 208, the Java business integration (JBI) expert group as well as the ADL/SCORM expert group. Having focused on architecting adapters and XML integration with ERPsystems, Mr. Potter was also a senior technical consultant and led development projects utilizingJava, EJB's (Enterprise Java Beans), and XML for Deutsche Bank, Incyte Genomics as well asNew Era Networks. Mr. Potter holds a bachelors of Science degree, with honors in Mathematicsand Economics from the University of Colorado, Denver.
